We cannot accept aggressive breeds or a history of biting. There is an additional monthly pet fee of $30 for one pet or $50 for two pets.

There is a one-time Lease Admin Fee of $200. Residents will be responsible for maintenance up to $35.

An additional $45 per month will be charged with your rent for the Resident Benefits Package.
